- Please bring along your identity card and relevant documents (if applicable) to your enquiry.
- Please obtain a queue number at the Reception Counter at least 5 minutes before the appointment.
- If you are late for the appointment, you will be given a walk-in queue number and served accordingly.
- If you are making an enquiry on another person’s behalf, please bring the original copy of the authorisation letter and identity card of that person.
